I like the kitchen wares and food in Japan. Please bring us to explore famous cafes, restaurants, furnitures, kitchen stores and accessories in Japan. Besides, your cooking is amazing!
Nice! Definitely going to try the fried tofu one. 😋 Maybe you can make a playlist of your videos featuring vegetarian dishes, so they are easier to find?
These recipes are amazing. I made your Torimeshi for my family and they loved it. I will be making this recipe again very soon. Thank you for sharing it with us.
Chicken without bone and skin can be made good broth too?! if added sake or mirin or milk to remove unpleasant smell jst in case. ゜゜(´O`)°゜* Thanks for teaching. Earthen wares or chopsticks from Japan are very practical to use. And i think the shape is so great as well.💛🧸🍙
For curry, a Japanese supermarket in my country has three brands: Java, Golden and S&B Torokeru. I ordered Golden Curry because there was a campaign to get a free curry pouch haha. For me, I want to try the nabe with soy milk! I have all the ingredients except chicken, because I made curry yesterday.
The second one looks really good. I may try it without the mochi. I'm pretty sure I can find fried tofu. Just have to travel a bit for it. I think golden curry is so popular because people like you use it all the time. And that's what we buy and it's delicious. 😂
@@blume0121 when I cook vegan/vegetarian, I use a LOT of mushrooms! I make that the "meat" of the dish. I love tofu, too. Oooh eggplant can replace meat in lots of dishes. Lasagne for one?
@@Bowie_E Mushrooms are my favorite food, and i love vegetables, but they can not replace meat regarding protein. I was rather expecting that you use a type of tofu or beans
Whenever I make soup, I saute the onion, garlic, and carrots before adding the water/broth to do the protein and remaining ingredients. Would doing this make it less than authentic chanko? If not, my little ones and I have lived on chanko for years and years 😂
I bought on Japanese online store. The brand name is "Tiger Crown" (Japanese company). I could not find the same product on a website where people from overseas could buy it. I will let you know when I can find it!
i am an american girl that doesn't know how to cook much but i will go to the Asian market tomorrow and make your tofu and wakame miso soup with yaki onigiri! Thank you <3
When I got cancer, I got addicted to miso soup. It really made me feel good, satisfied my appetite. I have tried it several ways including with poached eggs. This is a useful video, easy to replicate these recipes in my own kitchen.
