Benjamin was the best singer in the Cars. His vocals made the Cars. The mold was broken when he was born and his son looks a lot like his dad. holy shit never heard this KILLER song until today, been a fan of the Cars since the 80s. This has many layers to it, very new wave but also prog. rock. I don't see Ric Ocasek in this video, where is he?

Wow!!!!! This would have been a great song and video to put up on the big screen at their induction into The Hall Of Fame. What an honor for Ben and fantastic tribute. I'm not sure why they didn't do anything like that for him?? He is awesome! ❤

I remember hearing the song by Led Zepp " In My Time of Dyin " during my drug years and made me think about death and Jesus. Then a hippy friend that dug Jesus told me more of Jesus love and forgiveness and how I could also know Jesus love. So in 1981 I cried out to Jesus and wow man He came into my life and I had and have so much joy and peace and now know that through Jesus when I die I will be with Him in Heaven. I have heard The Cars' music ever since they started, but I never knew that Ben Orr had sung "Let's Go" or "Bye Bye Love" until June 2024. Ben was the better singer.
