hey, just discovered your videos today. I hope you and your dad are doing well and good, i love your reaction videos, i hope you guys can post again at some point. Stay safe brother.
You can tell the dad hasn’t had a lot of relationships like he said. He clearly doesn’t know how it feels to be betrayed. This is an outlet to get his rage out. Also it’s funny to watch dad clutch his pearls.
Gotta remember even though he uses the real names it’s a story yes he was hurting and hated her but was better to write a song over the real thing and I feel he wanted to show how these situations can turn out! But he really pulls you in and makes you see e Rey thing that’s happening in his music! But Kim did try sueing him for defamation after the song came out!
If You just LISTEN to this song. If You re-listen to it with VIDEO... It hits 1000 times harder. Especially when he starts singing "I am sorry mama", when literally DIGGING HER GRAVE. 😂 This song, indeed sounds terapeutic. But, shit, he literally send her "I killed You" message with this song. Or was it just, after this lawsuit, he finally admitted to himself, any 'parent-child' feelings he got for her are dead? 🤔 Anyway, his digging grave while singing this 'therapeutic' "I am sorry mama" gets new, 1000 times darker meaning.
I listen to it and it's one of my favorite from Eminem. I'd say something is wrong with you if you're so shocked by a song telling a story. What we generation we're having... Extremely shocked by a fucking song... Better pray we don't have a war in the next 50 years. If Netflix was behind this people would be so amazed. But when it's Eminem it's fucked up.
I’ve probably heard this track 1000 times, I have always loved it… But when it’s been sometime and I hear it again, I am absolutely blown away. Nobody has created such a track since.-
Wu Tang is the closest rap has come to the energy and brutality of metal..They are the cannibal corpse of rap..and that's a compliment.....to cannibal corpse.
David Bowie (RIP to OG) used to change his characters back in early 70's! Idc about genre if artists were great & genuine like Em,Bowie, Metallica or Pink Floyd
Thank you for the video, much respect to you and your father. Big props to him for being open to this kind of music and seeing the talent within, that's kinda rare. Also thank you for listening to the explicit version, meaning to a lot of different parts of the song is truly lost when it's censored. ✌️
I know this is three years old but the tumb nail made my heart drop you look like just my best friend/brother, but was really my cousin who has been gone for almost six years
The dad” this lyrics video has 36 million views…….. you think anyone goes back and watches this video like a thousand times” Me: goes back and watches the video 1000 times 😂
In a youtube short I saw a scene where they did this in concert and Dido was on stage. Despite being a musician herself, she seemed a little lost and nervous, but she started singing, and then you hear the audience singing her lings along with her, and you see her react as she hears it, and her confidence go up as she keeps singing. It really was a very beautiful moment. Weird that it came from a performance of such a dark song, but look it up, it's incredible.
Because your dad is a metalhead, and he loved Godzilla, I have to ask, have you guys ever checked out any of the mashups? Some really talented people will mix and match different song together, sometimes just the music from one and the lyrics from the other, sometimes deeper and more complicated. But there is a great mashup of Godzilla and Disturbed's "Down with the Sickness." I think the rock music from Disturbed elevates Godzilla, and if you guys never checked it out, you should.
Love the way your dad approached it, where he watched the movie so he knows the story, so he's going in with context, but the song will still be new and fresh for him.
