The model for this home is the “Crestwood.” This home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and has roughly 2,245 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Hi Chance and Family...omg Grayden how handsome....this house is absolutely gorgeous....the deck and front porch absolutely beautiful...I love the master shower 🚿....I love the shelving between spaces...the half bath it spot on for the deck....computer desk is awesome....there was no pantry...the shower in the laundry room I would make into a regular shower ... the whole home is comfy and cozy....loving the fireplace ...I would put a small deck off the laundry room....and bring the groceries that way.... Love the entry porch. I hate getting my head wet while pening the door. Love that island and the butcher bloock. The kitchen has lots of drawers and storage! Love the computer area. The hall bathroom tub looks like a kiddie swimming pool! Love this house.

Love this home! Very nice and roomy for a family. Lots of cabinets and nice sized bathrooms. Only thing I would change would be the location of the master closet. I don’t care for them being in the bathroom.

This manufacturer has went the extra two miles in their homes. I love the front porch. It’s like walking up to a castle. I’m having a hard time figuring out which one I want the most.

What a precious little gift! He's a charmer, for sure! Love the house! Finally, one that doesn't feel claustrophobic, especially the kitchen. It would be nice to see some opened cabinets and drawers to see if they're soft-close, if there are slude-out drawers, etc. Be blessed!

Nice kitchen. Needs a pantry! Nice size rooms. Oh! Oh! Oh! I see that beautiful fireplace! Cozy living room. Master room is nice. The master bath is like a spa! This would be a good home for growing family. Oh what a cutie! Need to have both him and Cullen on here together! He favors Cullen quite a bit.

I love the way Winston uses 2 different themes in there homes chance. Just for starters using a rustic look on the kitchen island with the butcher block top. Then the rest of the kitchen is decked out in a more of an upscale granite countertop. It makes it easier when you can see both sides of the spectrum as a home buyer. God bless too you and yours!!!

Eight months old!!! The camera loves him. Love the home too. I'd make the master a guest room. I,d make two bedrooms into a study and a library and a toilet and sink. The last bedroom I would add on a deck and French doors and install a sauna, a dome observatory, and an area to sip coffee in the morning. I would add a trellis of Wisteria to top it off. Actually, all that is probably too much for that particular style of home. But the layout almost gives the possibility I could fit it all in.

Love everything about this home and the way it's decorated and set up. Love that office area near the back deck and you could take a break or eat lunch. The utility room was ideally set up. Spacious bedrooms. Love the fireplace.

This layout is different, they have the patio doors opening off the living room instead of the dining room. Beautiful tray ceiling design. Lovely kitchen and dining area. I love the brick fireplace. Nice office space leading to the half bath and back porch, perfect setup for working from home. Fabulous master suite, huge closet with shelves and fabulous master bath. This is a nice spacious house that has everything except a pantry.
