That kitchen couldn't be any better! That island is perfect, plenty of room for food prep, baking, canning....anything, lots of room! I love to bake breads and pastries...my wife loves my bread sticks...

I know a porch cuts down on the available indoor space, but I would still prefer a covered porch. Preferrably in the back. I do like those nice mobile porches that some of these places have too.

Looks good,love the porch! The size is perfect for a retirement home. I do prefer a private water closet. The duel shower heads are a must, so glad this one had them. Quite a lovely home.

Hello Chance! Good video! Nice looking house. Love that porch! But we'd have it screened in to use year round. Probably build other porches around the house as well. In the Living Room, I'd go for a Gas Fireplace. In the Kitchen, I'd probably cut that Island down and put wheels on it. Microwave is in perfect location! I'd want a Gas Cook Stove. Pantry is kinda small, but at least there is one! I'd make one guest bedroom into my Library with a small sitting area. And 3/4's of the other guest bedroom would be my Music/Studio, soundproofed; the other 1/4 would be my Office Room. I didn't see a furnace in the utility room, although the water heater access was in there. A place for a small upright freezer would work in that one spot I think. Would build a Garage outside that back door with a Storage area with a Big long-term Pantry and a big Freeze space and a Pet Shower. Any barn door inside my house would be replaced, with a regular door or a Pocket Door or maybe even an according door. I'm glad the Master Closet is Not in the bathroom! It's a very nice size too. Two things I'd change in Master Bathroom - replace tub with a Handicapped Tub, and put a door on the Shower. It looked like there was enough room around the commode for me, but from the little you showed of it, I can't be sure. (What will it take for you guys to give a good head-on look at the commode and it's area, in order for people like me that needs to know how much room is on each side of the commode? Just a good short look would do as I can then hit pause to take as long a look as I needed!). Again good video, Chance. God bless you and your family.

this house is lovely. always wish the kids rooms were bigger. everyone lives home now since COID...lol. those old "closet" bedrooms just dont cut it anymore. very few newer homes give larger guest rooms. i dont even need a living room. no one would use it !! they all in their rooms online !! thanks for all you do Chance ! I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the back splash in the kitchen area and the back splash in the main bathroom, the open shelves in the living area and the main bathroom, and the porch.

Great video and a very nice home!! Almost nothing to change, even for me!! LOL!! I would want to match the back door with the front door, security you know. I'm not crazy about the sliders out to the porch, so I'd change that to an aviary door, or something along that line, vents in the floor, old folks don't need to be on ladders you know. And a walk in tub along with the shower in the master bath, tall toilet, you know, the Geezer package!! The rest would just be stuff I'd add to it, roll down shutters over all of the windows, including the slider at the porch. A small porch at the front door to cover it , an 8 foot wide one matching the gable there. A garage our from the back door with a connecting covered breezeway. And the utility room is in THE PERFECT place!! OH! The wood burning fireplace with a gas line for gas log insert. And finally, I know y'all are glad, I'd like to figure out how to put a remote control on the vent-a-hood, just in case I have to use a wheelchair sometimes or maybe some day. I'd check to see if this could be done off frame modular too. Seriously, I do like this house a lot!!!

Absolutely love the home. And you don't have a lot to heat. Not like all these others, and hopefully at a good price. And again don't need to know about the jelly and peanut butter and pear jelly.

Lovely home but not into barn door or lodge type stuff...size is great and colors and layout of this home is phenomenal! Love the patio porch! All in all you can choose your own interiors. Gotta have a garage!

It's the right price Layout is good enough and it gives you the option of a shallow multibay garage off the back Door or a garage/carport off the side porch. the Front door can just have a huge porch parked in front for a grilling area. the Master leaves enough room for a king size bed and a love seat at the foot of the bed so the Royalty of the house can have alone time any way they want it.

I liked the layout and size of this home. Almost everything is perfect, I'd only want to lose the beams and the barn doors.

Strawberry preserves is what you want with the chunks of strawberry... It's the only kind I buy...

Oh boy! Another barn door in the master bedroom! For those that have never had a barn door, two things you should know: 1. They are noisy. 2. They do not actually close off a room. There is always a gap at the bottom and gaps around the sides. In the living room, thanks to the windows and a lack of walls, there is literally only one place you can put your television. Which means that all of your furniture has to be configured in that direction. Provided of course you actually use your living room to watch television. And the master bedroom is just on the other side of the wall! Does anyone still use tray tables to sit in the living room and eat while watching television? The dining 'room' is ... interesting. I realize that for some people who won't be able to afford a house and build a deck separately; having one included in the cost of the home might be nice. But it does look like you are actually sacrificing interior room space for the porch. At least this home has a storm door, but it would have been nice to have a covered area to stand while you are getting through the front door. No coat closet. As for the two smaller bedrooms, I can't help but think it is going to be a pain to work furniture into the one nearest the kitchen. I realize that there are people who enjoy the 'rustic' look; but unless you have rustic looking furniture to match, this is just going to look weird when you move in. The big wooden box over the stove for the vent hood is just plain ugly. Do you know why it is brown instead of white like the rest of the cabinets? Go on, guess. Take out that cabinet unit where the microwave is built-in and make that pantry a double wide. If you set one of these up on a piece of property out in the suburbs or the country, it might be a bit of a drive to the grocery store. And with the prices of food still going up, if you do find a good deal on something you use often but has a long shelf life, you'll want to stock up on it. An oversized pantry is always a good idea. When you look at these mobile homes, do you ever think about where you are going store your vacuum cleaner? Your mop and bucket or other cleaning supplies? Where do all the towels and bed linens go? Spare blankets and pillows for guests? Do you think about raising your kids to adulthood or growing old in it? Hosting dinner parties or even just small get-togethers? To people living in apartments this might seem palatial, and in some ways it is. Certainly the kitchen and the master bedroom are pretty big. But where do you actually spend most of your time? Where do you want to spend your time? How much space do you really need to cook a meal or make bread? You know, by taking the wall out between the living room and kitchen, you are actually removing the opportunity to have more counter and cabinet space along that side as well as options for arranging your living room furniture. And did you know that a closed concept home is more energy efficient? Much easier to regulate temperatures.

Nice house I used to feel that way about pair jams but a few years ago someone gave me a bunch of them I tried a few ways but found a recipe for pair and red pepper and jalapeño it made about 20 small jars they were gone in just a few weeks it was really good

I really like this floorplan! I wish it had 9' walls, tho..& I w/almost rather see the left end BR be dropped to allow the porch to continue! 2 BR's enough for me. In the M bath, I like the closet/shower combo..but put a step-in tub w/jets/hand shower, etc. I've had the bead board cabs before, so like thise vetter than the smooth ones. But this is a very nice house! Thanks! 😊

Idk what this mixed jelly controversy is, lol. Where I’m from, the thicker jelly with the fruit pieces in it is called jam, unless it’s orange, which’s marmalade. Just me…? 😄 I love this home. My house has a similar lay out & wood trim everything like that & that’s the exact way I’d like to update it. That porch was the cherry on top.

Very nice. I don't know about those tilrs behind the cooker with fat splatter etc. I think a more shiny wipeable tile would be better. Overall very nice 😊
