Today I will be showing you a new single wide mobile home that is truly not like anything I've shown here on the channel before! Stayed tuned I toured several brand new prefab home models I toured here and will be coming soon! Hey friends, this is Chance with Chance's Home World and we have a single section mobile home video tour video for you and this model is perfect combined family living or can be optioned as a 3 bedroom! This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Commodore Homes. The model for this home is the “Landmark 1L1035-V.” This home has 2 bedrooms(3 bed option) and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,063 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have been in the mobile home business for years, and thought why not upload videos about something we can relate to and deal with every day.
We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

This is legitimately the best one I have seen so far. It provides space for a guest, a long term residential area for a loved one who wants independence or even possibly an added income rental space. It's beautifully designed as well. Kudos on this one for sure!

💋 I love the guest suite!! 🥰 How about an option with two suites, a sort of duplex. There could be a porch & common room in the middle, and a private entrance at each end. 🤓 Thanks Chase. I’d spring for the extra $$ for drawer over door kitchen cabinets, but other than that, this is awesome. I think I’d also change the approach so the back porch was my welcoming front porch instead.

Wow. Just wow. I have been asking for a small 2 bedroom 2 bath doublewide, but I never thought I would ever see a single wide I would love. This is just fantastic. Other than the refrigerator being so close to the cabinets on the other side. That will be fun to manage. Bur still a brilliant design!

Chance? This single wide house is just that!! Its very cozy and comfortable!! It has all what you need and want! I love the Kitchen with the black appliances and the wood shiny cabinets! The Living Room through The Bedrooms and Bathrooms are very versatile!! The Sunporch is great!! Everything about this home is appealing!! Thank You for showing this to your viewers!!😊😊

I have lived in a commodore home for 30 years have never refloored any part of it. It is still a beautiful home. It was serviced right away and we love it. I tell everyone find a commodore dealer you wont regret it

This home is perfect for a multigenerational family. Or assited living situation. Some might call it small, I would say econmical and a smart use of space. The inset porch is a plus for me. I love this , it's perfect as a single older woman with no kids but a possible elderly parent that maybe moving in. I would take the guest suite and make it my own that way part of it I could put the kennels for my puppies in there and still have plenty of room to move around plus that porch. Yeah I would screen it in. Kitchen is awesome. I love that some thought was put into this one.

I'd be tempted to use the guest suite for myself and give guests the main bedroom. I love the back porch area, too. Very interesting and for me, practical layout.

Nice looking home. The only thing I would change is that that little shelf space on the other side of the kitchen. Instead of the small cabinet and shelves tucked away, I would make that spot a closed off Pantry or maybe leave it open to put a stand up Freezer. I have so many kitchen gadgets and small counter appliances that I don't think there would be room for it all so I would have to use those cabinets to the left of the fridge for storage of those small appliances

This one kind of reminds me of a park model. I'd take the guest suite for my room. I love looking at these homes. I'll never get to get anything different than what I'm in, but this is great fun for an old lady! And thank you Chance both for showing us these homes and for asking for and offering prayers. Don’t ever doubt yourself, you are the best at what you do. I love how you present yourself and your humor. You make it fun to watch your videos. There are pros and cons about this home for me. I love the idea of the guest suite. The back porch wouldn’t work and takes away from the living room area. But that’s just my opinion. We are looking for a single wide and you have already quite few that meets our needs. Hopefully by next year we should know for sure what we need and can afford. Keep showing these wonderful videos, I watch them all. 😊

A perfect option for single or a couple or even a roommate option, you could turn the porch into a half bath and make the guest suite an ensuite for perfect roommate or single older child room.

I love this house so far! I would use the big porch as the front door. The kitchen needs more drawers but that is an easy fix.If I was seeing it right, the office area didn't have USBs in the outlets! The guest area is bigger that the master bedroom. Great for an in-law suite or renting that section to someone else where they make their own meals, etc. Would be great for a college student whose life doesn't revolve around keggers and hardy party nonsense but studying. If nothing else this home breaks the fiction of single wides being all set up basically the same with that one tiny third bedroom. So many things you can do with these homes. It is terrific.

VERY nice single wide. Only changes I'd make is, the window in the guest suite would be a doorway so it could be accessed from the outside, back. No carpet, LVP throughout, tile shower in the MB, and add some plugs on the porch wall for a tv, maybe add a plug on the wall behind where the chairs are for an outside patio heater for those cool nights, on the wall in the guest suite for a tv, and , ceiling vents, and gas stove. That porch could be the combined place to sit with a guest who can access the guest suite from outside so you could maybe build a wall on that side to close it off, with a doorway that could be locked from either side. Great rental or house to place in a park and you could rent both ends out. Maybe not, but, a good idea for someone who wants to get into rental properties in a lower price range like this one is. Just an idea but as it is..cool layout. (mother in law suite or husband in the dog house suite...lol). Chance, you're the reason I watch. You do great. Fun, country and nuts like family. So, don't put yourself down. I have seen many other people tour houses and most bore me the way they present. You don't. So, keep yourself as you are. Take care and safe travels ALWAYS.

Love this home great idea it would be perfect for someone with a dependent adult it’d sure be much less expensive than a nursing home bill I hope you realize Chance you have the best show on the internet period that’s why we all keep coming back to you. You might need to check out some of the ones you view as competition here I am very confident you will find out that’s not true you have no competition here Thanks for the prayers as you know we all need as many of them as we can get always too

The hanging lights over the sink are pretty. I would opt for a 3rd bedroom for guests instead of that porch. This is one of the better singlewides, that in law suite makes it perfect for two single people.

It's nice to see that all the bathrooms have windows. They should also release a version w/o the porch, and instead, allocate that space to other places (e.g. enlarge the kitchen & living room).

I was watching this on my tv. This house has some real possibilities. I can see wood shelves and rods. In the kitchen I would want drawer over base cabinets and in that foyer. Where the one little cabinet on the dining side of the sink I’d want cupboards instead of the shelves. Instead of the desk I’d have cabinets and space for my upright deep freeze. Master bathroom I’d go with the shower option. In the utility I’d opt for wall to wall cabinets over the dryer. Not to certain about the guest suite. Maybe make it into a master bedroom with den/office.

It's definitely innovative. I think I'd turn the desk area into a storage closet. Having the water heater in a closet where the shelf is actually attached to the access panel for the water heater certainly isn't optimal, and if it ever leaked, you might not be aware of it until damage was done. I also think it would have been better for the cabinet over the circuit breaker to open opposite of how it was done in this home - so it would open toward the door and not the appliances.

In guest suite I’d put a walk-in shower. Many elders can’t step into a tub. But wouldn’t change anything else. Nice wide and easy to maneuver a walker or wheelchair through. Perfect if caring for elderly or if have an older teen to start learning to live on their own. Of course would need toaster oven too.
