Udaipur, India ➖ When I heard that Udaipur was home to one of the most famous Egg Bhurji stalls in all of India, I knew I need to check it out! The owner was one of the contestants on MasterChef, so it's clear that he knows how to cook a delicious meal. My friend Goutham has been eating here for years, so he joined me to try out the famous stall known as Egg World

Luke I’m super impressed with the little bits of Hindi you throw in here and there. Hindi is not a difficult language to learn. The reading and writing was easier for me. I was too shy to converse with the locals but you can master this language in 6 months! Sadly I didn’t keep up my practise and studies so I lost it ( I was in India 30 years ago… I was 18! ) I encourage you to keep learning this beautiful language and watch Hindi movies ☺️Shaabaash Bahia ji 👏👏☺️👌

Ahh the egg stores behind Chetak Circle, I normally go to La Pinoz's which is within walking distance from there whenever I visit the hospital nearby. If you want some really good food, Rajwadi is good, sometimes I went to Bawarchi at Delhi Gate but it's meh. But if you want food with a scene, gotta go to FS (Fatehsagar Lake) Edit: there's an aquarium there btw, also at the end of December there's an annual flower festival organized there at FS so if you could stay or come back you could check it out as well
