I don’t know if you gotta be on a tight budget a single guy living in that place not bad at all. You know you’re spending like $2444 for a year rent pay that right upfront get it out-of-the-way another five grand get the place furnished however you like maybe paint that one roomyou’re set up for a whole year
How much do you think a trike ride to walking street would be? When I was there I wouldn’t take a trike anywhere because I was thinking I’d get the foreigner price and I didn’t want to haggle. I always got a Grab since it was cheap anyway. That place would be good for someone wanting to live for $1000-$1500/ month.
trike would be 200/250 foreigner price, grab would be the same air conditioned and a lot more comfortable 👍😃 Fiesta rentals are budget friendly residences, for me it would take a couple apartment rentals before moving there to be ready for it
Fiesta is my kind of place. Two bedroom. One room for me and the other for my maid. I pay 560 dollars a month which includes property taxes and home owners insurance. That does not include 200 dollars per month in auto insurance.
I'm guessing the guards could have told you if it was on a jeepney route or where you could find the nearest jeep. Not a bad place for the price but not a great location for most expats.
The more suitable and spacious housing would be in the older sub-divisions built pre Pinatubo for American families based or working on Clark. They are American style houses, not PAGASA style rabbit hutches built on a geometric straight line. I am talking Carmenville, Josephaville, Timog Park, Villa Sol, & Plaridel, with car ports and driveways! Would be interesting for a lot of us older guys as well as we think of the "Good ole days"
Luv, what you did, a condo rental the day after😂 Quiet in a Filipino community at night with a noise curfew, not happening. Can you say karaoke everyone. Bring your ear plugs or just join in with the neighbors😅 Ann looked like she was ready to roll near the end. Get the girl some Slomai😋
@i-am-your-conscience your 💯 right. I know these areas well as I'm a resident of PH. One has to be ready for noise anywhere in PH. Some areas more than others😃
@i-am-your-conscience so true 👍 if you want to save 💵 and run the risk of noise there are plenty of places around.. i need more serenity to keep me sane
I'm with ya. I keep noise plugs and a white noise fan as im a lite sleeper even where i live. It is nice peps can see what 200 USD ish will get ya @chubsDubC
