I Still wouldn't mind having that big ass house all to myself. They look like they have real security there too. This is one of the few houses i have seen that looks like it was designed by someone who has sense. I see a lot of these big houses that have the small bed rooms. They put the stairs right in the middle of things. The rooms are laid out in really odd configurations. This place is nice and wide open. These were really nice big rooms. Didn't see a lot of outlets though. That would have been the only deal breaker and since it is more for corporate rentals. Seems like that would be something they would make sure is in abundance. Since Philly went South. You are my new source for info on AC.

Yes last time this was the fastest rental we ever did, closed around 10am in the morning paid for the house and took ownership. Like most transactions here, no loans involved, so straight forward sale. By 10pm that day, a agent had a deposit in hand. Never has happen this way before.

The fact that you drove by and showed another unit that we saw before and it was still empty too is not lost on me. I’m not an investor locally. I am not involved in that market… but it has changed. It will continue to change as they expel who they want to expel.
@@copaul71 Sometimes things happen, the second house was available in June and was rented in July. It was another corporate rental. A real company located Clark. Something having nothing to do with us, involving the parent company in Germany, happen. They closed the Clark operation and left the country. We got the reservation fees. But that said, the bigger homes do take longer to rent, so a couple of months no tenant happens.

In truth these are very nice maid and drivers room, most here treat staff very poorly. The rich locals are the hardest on staff. I know a couple of locals who do not allw staff to have any left over food, to goes to the dogs.

Not true, you cannot have a rental business in Pulu Amsic and have customers visiting. But you can run a business from a house inside the complex. In fact, about 25% of the houses in Pulu Amsic are Corporations, therefore businesses.

It was never used as a business with customers coming to it and Pogo was not online they had illegal gaming operations, with girls, drugs, and other extras. Was a big one in Porac, raided and closed.
