Thanks for actually taking your time and pointing out convenient details and giving different views! I was really disappointed in a video I saw recently where a RU-vidr went through a 7M house in L.A. and basically just ran through the house not knowing what anything was - just kept saying it was cool and she wanted to live there. 🙄

I’m trying so hard not to be a jerk, but that video made me so mad because it came across like a spoiled child taking a tour of a cool home rather than a professional adult showing real estate. I unsubscribed from Shelby because of that video. I could go on, but this is Monica’s page so I already feel like I’ve said too much. 😂 ANYWAY, really enjoyed this video. Yay Monica. you cant really do a mansion or big housing in seattle. In Graham, Yelm, Yakima, etc, you can get away with it.

Interior design is so interesting, From the first Penthouse I liked the bedroom connected to a balcony from the first condo. And the second one had really cool workspace and media room. Both of them seemed to have toilet and basin seperated in the master bathrooms which I find odd and lack of storage for shampoo etc in the showerroom unless you gonna do future installations. South tower Penthouse were so much more attractive for me. In the end, thank you for the hard work putting this together! Well done.
