People need to stop just going to their local grocery store and paying more. He went to a more budget friendly store that has more store brand stuff. If he went to a Kroger or neither that would’ve been probably $90-100

As far as dairy is concerned, healthwise full fat ones are better than low and non-fat. I am not suggesting eating a whole block of cheese; rather opt for full fat Greek yoghurt, skyr or cottage cheese compared to the non-fat and not just for digestion issues. As for vegetables, anything cruciferous and leafy I approve. Autumn is ending and winter's about to begin, so it's time for lettuce and cruciferous for me; I stick to seasonal stuff when it comes to vegetables and fruit.

Aldi's has lost an entire week's worth of groceries from me and more because I didn't have a quarter. Dumbest business decision ever and they aren't the only ones that do it.

Why is a video gamer on a bodybuilding / fitness channel? Didn't know they cared to eat this type of food at 120lb and sedentary.
