Ingredients:
- 200 grams red/brown beans.
- 1 onion.
- 4 tablespoons of frying oil of your choice.
- Saffron.
- 4 dried limes (pricked with a fork).
- Salt.
- Turmeric.
- 1 teaspoon of dried mint (preferably in powder form)
- 1 vegan stock cube.
- Soy (fake chicken) 350 grams (2x 175 per package).
- Sabzi 500 grams. Read below what the ingredients are if you are not familiar with the Sabzi ingredients.
Ingredients of the 500 grams Sabzi:
- coriander 100 grams.
- leeks 200 grams.
- parsley 100 grams.
- spinach 100 grams.
All of them should be minced.
