Sir very good information What is a ketogenic diet a in ketogenic diet net carbohydrates must be under5 to 10 % per day protein content 20 to 25 % and fats above 60% ketogenic diet must be followed under supervision of a doctor we get energy from glucose, but when we don't have glucose body starts breaking fat cells to ketones which gives us energy ,it is ahigh and healthy fat diet the source of healthy fats are ghee ,coconut oil nuts like almonds peanuts ,walnuts etc in this diet protein must be optimum , protein intake must be more in heavy exercise, many people have side effects of this diet , this diet is very useful to reverse type 2 diabetes and to lose body weight , but it must be followed under proper supervision

what about vegetarian guys what they can eat in KETO ? how long one has to do KETO for reversing type 2 diabetics ? After reversing your diabetics how many meals you eat daily and how much carb %/meal

You can eat nuts and seeds along with cheese, coconut oil and ghee. That will give you healthy fats. You can eat lots of veggies, that will give you carb and vitamins and minerals. You can eat soya beans, paneer, Idaho, etc. That will give you proteins. How long does it take to reverse diabetes, you can watch this video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-48RPcgREXIw.html. I eat 3 meals everyday and I keep my carb below 150 gm per day.

Thanks for your reply, 150 gm/day carbs that's for 3 meals. its like 1 chapati per meal only ? No rice at all ?. I cant believe that you ate 4 laddoos in that video and still your blood/glucose is less than 100. What was your A1c before and after ?

@@Zigzag-k I have rice or roti only for lunch. Dinner I skip rice or roti. For roti I eat soya roti. My HbA1c was 8.2 when I was diagnosed, then within a year it was 6.0. I eat more than 300 gm carbs when I do weight training. But no junk food or processed food most of the time.

@@Zigzag-k after eating laddos your sugar level will not rise if you are insulin sensitive. That is actual REVERSAL of diabetes. It was an experiment to demonstrate when you can say you have reversed your diabetes. Though I don't eat ladoos everyday. But yes, now I enjoy desserts and sweet dishes occasionally without raising my blood sugar.

Once you reverse diabetics, is it possible to to do bulking muscle and still maintain normal HbA1c. I head that for type 2 diabetics its difficult to build muscle.
