Dosto maine pahli baar exam clear tha army ka but physical ke liye jab group me aaya to 2 se 3 din best tha phir sinh pain shuru hua aur Aisa pain ho h jaise ki mere pair hi nhi ab to physical ka time v nikar rha h aur abhi v running nhi kar pa rha hu ab to bas thik se pair thik ho jaye

सर जी जय हिंद 🇮🇳 सर पिछले हफ्ते दौड़ना चालु किया हुन २/३ दिन कुछ नही हुआ इसके बहुत ज़्यदा दर्द हो रहा फिर भी दर्द के साथ 2.5 km दौड़ता हुन उससे ज़्यदा नही हो पता है room पर आते आते बहुत दर्द होता एक्सेसाइज के अलावा कोई मेडिसिन नही ले सकते है 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Sir me bhi mp police physical ke liye preparation kar ri hu aur sir 04-05 dino se mujhe bhi seen pain ho raha h, aapke btaye exercise kar ri hu but.. Mujhe kisi ne kaha ke ice se sikai karo, to kiya sir winter me ice se shikai kar sakte h kiya..??

sir mere per me itna drd h ki ground se ghr bhi muskil se aaya jaata h sb kuch krke dekh liya koe fark nhi hua sir bhaut jyada drd hota h phle me 25km ki race aaram se kr leta tha lekin abh muskil se 1 km hota h plzz sir kuch btao merko army me jana h🥺🥺
