സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യത്തിന്റെ 75 -ാം വാർഷികം പ്രമാണിച്ചുള്ള “ആസാദി കാ അമൃത് മഹോത്സവ്” -ന്റെയും കേരള നിയമസഭാ ലൈബ്രറിയുടെ ശതാബ്ദി ആഘോഷങ്ങളുടെയും ഭാഗമായി “കേരള നിയമസഭ അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര പുസ്തകോത്സവം 2023 (KLIBF 2023)”, 2023 ജനുവരി 09 മുതൽ 15 വരെ, തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത് നിയമസഭാ മന്ദിരത്തിൽ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു.
