Ingredients:
How to make Oil free Lemon Pickle & Cut Mango Pickle
Mango - 2 big
Salt ( according to taste )
Lemon - 8 nos
Asafoetida powder - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1/2 Cup
Garlic (Round Sliced ) - 1 tbs
green chillies (Round Sliced ) - 2 nos
Kashmiri chilli powder- 2 tsp
Dry red chillies- 25 nos
Mustard Seeds- 1 tsp + 1 tsp
Small onion (Round Sliced ) - 2 nos
Coconut oil - 1 - 11/2 tbs
Dry red chillies- 3 - 4 nos
Curry Leaves
Curd- 2 - 4 tbs
