Adv.Jayashankar has done a magnificent job in analysing those years in the tumultuous years in India and I have stored this as a precious gift. Waiting for the next installment. But I must add that Ram Jethmalani along with his associates like Shanti Bhushan succeeded in the acquittal of one of the suspected Indira assassins. And of course Chandra Sekhar was PM for a few months.

Exactly Advocate, democracy has given way to judgocracy. Today it is the judiciary which is ruling the country. Before passing any law, the parliament has to worry not whether it will be within the framework of the Constitution but whether it will stand the scrutiny of the judiciary. Anyway things have to change. The only prayer is it should be peaceful and not violent.
