Ripple green tea👍🏻 ya its said to brew tea @ 80 degrees rather than 100 degree boiling temperature... But at 80 degrees the bitterness we feel is less, so i personally feel like drinking a cup of water only.what i do is pouring the boiling water to green tea leaves, steep it for 3 minutes and have it 3 times a day😇

എന്തൊക്ക മണ്ടത്തരം ആടോ വിളിച്ചു പറയുന്നത് താൻ പറഞ്ഞ ഒരു പരിപാടിയും നടക്കില്ല താൻ ഗ്രീൻ കുടിച്ചാലും കുടിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിലും തനിക് കാൻസർ പിടിച്ചു ചാകാൻ ആണ് ദൈവം നിശ്ചയിച്ചതേങ്കിൽ അതെ നടക്കു ഒരു സംശയവും ആ കാര്യത്തിൽ വേണ്ട... ദൈവ ഒരാൾ അനുഭവിക്കാൻ നിശ്ചയിച്ച രോഗം ആയാലും കഷ്ടപ്പാട് ആയാലും അത് അനുഭവിക്കാതെ ഇ ഇവിടെ നിന്നും ദൈവം പറഞ്ഞു വിടില്ല ഒരു പക്ഷെ കാൻസർ വന്നില്ലെങ്കിലും പട്ടി കടിച്ചയാലും നീ ചാകും.. ചിലപ്പോൾ വഴിയേ പോകുന്ന വണ്ടി ഇടിച്ചാകാം... 😜
