In this talk, Dr.Viswanathan discusses criticisms raised by two camps against the idea of incomplete Enlightenment project in India. The first camp, that of " left wing fellow travellers" argue that rationalist activism is outdated and political power is what matters. In their opinion, only political struggles remain relevant. The "right wing fellow travellers" argue that rationalists need not be necessarily be concerned about social issues like discrimination or inequality. Both these arguments are discussed at some length here. The idea that rationalists need not be feminists is specifically addressed.Programme organized byYukthivadi sangham(Malapuram) Kerala

Sir, I think it is the conflict of interests which holds back some rationalists from following your views. For example if a self-proclaimed rationalist happens to be a Homeo cum Yoga cum Nature Therapy specialist, how can he agree with your views on medical treatment ? I hope you will touch upon this angle in your future talks. Thanks a lot for keeping us enlightened, as always.

Biju K.T American Views Changed because some of its past rulers studied Indian phylosophy. But still we are not able to change why? only because of some third party political game. And it is a natural process that a football will change its position by giving a hard Kick ( And it is we who decide the direction and aim). I am not any of these you have mentioned please go through different altitude of views of past India, then you should be able to determine what's the best suited way.
