As a doctor who took Hippocrates Oath to serve the community,please avoid giving clickbait titles to increase viewership. As a doctor,I am sure you are knowledgeable enough to know that ADHD is a neurodivergent condition which a vitamin can’t cure completely.

28 വയസ്സുള്ള പുരുഷനാണ് ഞാൻ മറവി കൂടുതലാണ് എന്ത് ചെയ്യുമ്പോഴും മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ വേഗത്തിൽ പ്രവർത്തികൾ ചെയ്തു തീർക്കാൻ സാധിക്കുന്നില്ല slow ആയി പോകുന്നു എന്തും പഠിക്കാൻ മറ്റുള്ളവരേക്കാൾ സമയം ആവശ്യമായി വരുന്നു എന്ത് കൊണ്ടാണ് ഇങ്ങനെ സംഭവിക്കുന്നത്? അലർജി കാരണം ചെറുപ്പത്തിൽ രാത്രി ഉറങ്ങാൻ സാധിക്കില്ലായിരുന്നു ചുമയും ശ്വാസംമുട്ടലും പനിയും ഒക്കെ ഇടയ്ക്കിടെ ഉണ്ടാകാറുണ്ടായിരുന്നു ഇപ്പോൾ രാത്രി ഉറങ്ങുമ്പോൾ ഉള്ള ചുമയൊന്നും ഇല്ല പിന്നെ ദഹന പ്രശ്നങ്ങളും ഉണ്ട് പെട്ടെന്ന് പെട്ടെന്ന് രോഗങ്ങളൊക്കെ വരുന്ന ഒരു പ്രകൃതമാണ് ചെറുപ്പത്തിലെ കുടുംബ പശ്ചാത്തലം വളരെ മോശമായത് കൊണ്ട് ഇതൊന്നും ചികിൽസിക്കാൻ സാധിച്ചിരുന്നില്ലെങ്കിലും ഇപ്പോൾ ആരോഗ്യം നന്നായി ശ്രദ്ധിക്കാറുണ്ട് പക്ഷെ മറവിയും പ്രവർത്തികൾ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ഉള്ള വേഗത കുറവും കാരണം പലജോലികളും ചെയ്തിട്ടും ഒന്നും ശരിയാകാതെ മാറി മാറി ഓരോന്നിലേക്ക് പോയി കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ് ഈ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ മാറ്റാൻ വല്ല മാർഗവും ഉണ്ടോ
