Nice video.. One important part you've missed.. That is breathing. Please include it in next videos because most of the gym goers does not know the correct method of breathing, when it comes to different exercises.
Your teaching is good but incomplete. 1) You didnt mentiined the width of the grip and how it effects in different mussel groups when you change the width of the grip. 2) You didnt mention about the breathing teqniques while doing the excersize. 3) You didnt mention what should be the appropriate weight to start for bigginers and how many wraps they should do.
