Don’t speed eat, but don’t stop eating either. 🔅Prepare yourself similarly to Competitive eaters. Don’t skip breakfast. Drink lots of water before heading to the buffet. Perhaps exercise earlier in the day to stimulate appetite…?! That’s what I would do! 😂❤️

Very interesting khá For 20 years ago so I had listened a professor and resercher about Competitive eating and some cases so someone died too. 😮💨 I have a childhood friend so she can eat for us too when we meet for lunch or dinner.😳 She have practiced since she was a child. 😇 She is still in good shape, rather thin and has the same body size since we were teeanges... 🙄 while we are getting more weight and be wider size.😊 Thanks a lot for your video clipp 😇 Have A Wonderful Day!
