Most of these individuals who experience syncope during exercise are usually athletes. They’re in a profession that is already known to push themselves to the limit and sometimes beyond. Our body often understands things that are happening to it more than we give its credits, even before we are “conscious” about it ourselves. When we hustle through our busy life or being distracted, this connection can easily be lost. I believe our body has a lot to say if we take the time to listen.
