Those sneaky Salts! Nearly all the foods we eat contain some Sodium in their natural state. Then we add more when we cook, and still more at the table! The best way to reduce Salt Intake is to eat more fresh food, less processed food, and don’t eat out as much. My family usually cooks/eats at home. When I lived on my own, I did the same. Only ate out when craving something I couldn’t make or something that took too long to make. I tricked myself to eating healthier by not stocking any junk food I like in Costco size and I surrounded myself with healthy snacks in small portions. However, I am not uptight about always having to eat super healthy either! I love good food. Grew up with foods. I’m not skinny, but not fat. Hardly ever get sick. Not on any chronic med. All labs are within normal limits. Must have done something right thus far and I intend to keep it that way! Remember what you told me, Doctor Tany? Eat to Live, so that you can Live to Eat more!!! 😉 ♥️❤️♥️
