I remember seeing harish at a skin clinic in Harington road during my appointment n I was trying to recollect where I've seen this person before n harish noticed it too n smiled. I was awestuck by his looks I must say. So fit man. Both PAL N HARISH ARE INSPIRING IN THEIR OWN WAYS.

I once saw a photoshoot of him online and was really blown away. His eyes, looks and body are just all WOW. He looks so much better then a lot of ‘top hero’. It’s very clear he puts in effort in both his acting and the way he looks. Hard work and dedication.

Dr. Pal, suggest that you interview Dr. Thangadurai (Islets Diabetes Reversal Center). He helped me with intermittent fasting and diet changes during covid lockdown, to reverse pre-diabetes and loose 12 kg (3 months). He is a surgeon, but very passionate in this area.

100 Kms a day :-o that’s a lot of cycling! Enga veetla cycle vaangalaama next year vaangalaama nu thinking as winter is gonna come (I’m from Kitchener, ON, Canada) and winter here is brutal … (My mind voice: Naa eppo cycle vaangi 100 Kms Oru naal oattaradhu … maasam poora ootunaalum 100 varadhey) Very good conversation and Harish sir made a good point about hitting the gym. You get tired at some point of time or the other … it’s always good to keep yourselves occupied in activities such as sports, cycling etc … even if I don’t do anything of this kind, I ensure that I do walking atleast for an hour a day … will start biking and other sports activities so that I sweat a lot and burn a lot of calories I liked the last part which Harish sir said, only your body will come with you till the end and you need to take care utmost care of your body! Keep rocking both of you, Dr. Pal and Harish Sir

Amazing interview Dr👌. Mr Harish Uthaman seems so down to earth and has emphasised some simple truths which are now stuck in my head - 1) Spending 1/2 an hour to 45 mins a day to exercise is no big deal 2) Eat sensibly rather than thinking of it as a diet and 3) Your body is something which stays with you all the time till your last breath, take care of it (loved this!) And he reiterated so many points you always mention in your videos like intermittent fasting, importance of strength training, proper sleep etc. Kudos to you Dr 👏🏻 Please continue to post interviews with such health conscious people as it will inspire more people to adopt healthier lifestyles.

Hi Doctor, I also stopped eating non vegetarian. I run 6 to 8 kilometers a day. The thing is, when I did the blood test, I had a iron deficiency. I include spinach in my food often. So if I want to gain iron then I have to eat non veg. Please advise?

Excess iron is toxic. Less iron is not bad. Are you taking whole food vitamin C? Copper in Vitamin C might remove excess iron. Anyway, eat more dates, peas, greens. If you know good Siddha doctor or pharmacy only, try Aya Chendooram. Because metal preparation is always tricky. So choose wisely.

14:35 if you do 40 push ups in 30 seconds, there's 96% that you wont get any heart disease for next 10 years (Harvard) US Army basic fitness test involving taking 42 pushups within 2 minutes. So aim for 40 push ups and be consistent with it guys.

A person i know is very conscious of the body and diet as well. Daily he does workouts ,plays foot ball after 8pm and eats his dinner at 11pm. I wish to know if he can complete his dinner by 7, do workouts and play late in the night and drink only water till next day morning?

Sir thanks a lot for the informative interview..I am a vegetarian from childhood and i was just wondering whether i cant build muscles by being so.This interview truly was an eye-opener ..One doubt i have...I am 45 and my wt is 73 kg (162cm height)..iam into jogging 2 km in the morning i then do yoga work out for an hour then agn in the evening i go for body weight workout for an hour from 6.45 to 8.00pm . I take my lunch around 1.30 and after that before going to workout i have my tea around 5.30...so is it ok if i skip dinner after workout..will it cause tiredness,fatigue etc.. Currently i am eating my dinner bet 8.30 to 9 as soon as i am back and start the next day with tea at 9 am. Pl advise..thanks a lot for your valuable advice...a new subscriber..🙏🙏 39:39

Sir I have been a vegan for more than 5years then I came across your video- intermittent fasting. The combos of plant based and intermittent fasting worked like magic. But there is a lot of social stigma about fasting and vegan diet. People see me as a weird creature😅 can’t help.

Dr the interview is good, one thing noticed is you interrupted Harish before he finishes his thoughts, so the important point to convey got missed. For example he was trying to say about less weight and only pull more weights in deadlift. Before he says why low weight training you commented a joke and the point is gone. Otherwise it is a good interview. Thanks!

The suggestion you can follow is, ask your son to eat the dinner before 7 pm. This was mentioned multiple times in the video.
