@siberianhusky5874 I am sure you took all available college entrance exams. They confused you to the point where you can't interpret the very 1st Amendment.
Notice how that cop flippantly says “yeah, but it’s not open to the public” this clearly demonstrates she has already assumed the government is right and the citizen is wrong. Seems like she completed her “investigation” before even arriving on scene. She needs to go to a we the people’s re-education camp as that is tyranny in action and it’s DISGUSTING, it’s foul, and it’s unacceptable in this country!
The true purpose for the police is to keep the slaves in line - they don’t follow the constitution and if they did then true criminals would be arrested , jailed and processed- auditors are a threat to the false regime
Lacking experience; they will learn OJT, like in the military. If bad folks they will get weeded out. Should send these interactions to people that work for the public. I have also had good experiences 😀
Good point I'm old school I know they always say on line but alot of these auditors are sticking up for people that might not have the access or might not even to know how to do it,that's why we are taxed so much to have our government workers to help and guide people in the right direction
@@Kevin-v3bsays the idiot that uses his time wisely by commenting on other grown men. Go get your testosterone checked buddy. Thats a sign of low T and high e.
Most States offer free cell phones with internet services, or a free router. So online is just another means to hell render services, some people have disabilities where they can’t sit or stand long so online is helpful. Some people have anxiety in public so online is helpful. Some people have to be at work therefore online is helpful. Just because it may not be your preference don’t knock it for the next person. Some services take long once you enter the building and some people would prefer to not have to drive and spend all their day inside of a nasty lobby. So saying it will eliminate jobs, well someone still has to process each request. It created tech jobs because someone has to create and maintain the server. To think the computer magically completes every single request. Lol. Technology is advanced but it’s not there yet. A lot of public services technology is outdated (a lot of States do not focus on production of software) therefore the technology still needs processed by a human.
@@HoofHearted6 of course auditors got smarter because the police or staff always complain you have no business being here, even though you can visit and film them in the course of their duties.
Somebody show this video to sheriff dart!!! These deputies make me proud to reside in Cook County, after seeing so many others get it wrong across the whole nation. Good job!!! We're on our way to a more perfect union, we are lucky the US constitution exists... making progress! Thanks James, you're helping us along, bit by bit.
I totally agree with you 👍 and I will add that it crystal clear that "the public sector workers don't want you around, then they will say anything to get rid of the citizens "
If they want us citizens to have faith in the judicial system there needs to be more transparency by allowing filming to take place during court hearings.
The lady is asking questions and that makes her the public and when James asked a question they want him to leave, James where do you find these losers all the time
It's great to see another auditor here in Chicago. I've been doing auditing for a little over 5 years even though I don't post videos. I do it for the sole purpose of educating and knocking down these government workers a notch. The entitlement and disdain they have for the citizens is insane.
TTA will always be there for us. Fighting for our constitutional rights. We either exercise our constitutional rights or LOSE them. Or have them taken away from you.
In this day and age it amazes me that our public servants are not aware of our rights and the local sheriff's doesn't understand we can submit for info in person...the tyranny is real n 2024...TTA FAM proud member!!!
I love how you carry yourself my friend. It brings me so much joy to see arrogant "public officials" eating some TTA humble pie. These corrupt servants need to be rooted out of all public positions. Just their entitled attitudes is a breach of public trust. They are unworthy of our money or trust. Keep on Keeping on Bro! Cheers!
I found this channel by accident, one day, sitting in my car, eating lunch and needed something to watch. I’ve watched many First Amendment auditors over the last 20 years and this channel is quickly becoming my favorite.
Wow, you are so professional. Thank you for representing what "the press" was intended to be: any person, with any story can publish anything they write, or anything they see in public anywhere -- without fear of prosecution.
I was so glad to see the red-haired officer recognize that there were cameras above and walk out. That was very respectable to recognize, "Oops, wait this isn't that big of a deal." We've all believed we were right about something, and backed up our coworkers, only to learn something in the middle of it. That was a good reaction
You Sir are absolutely AWESOME! Your poise, demeanor, professionalism, and your ability to communicate so effortlessly really impresses me. Not that you need to impress me, it’s simply meant with the utmost means of complimentary respect. God Bless and God Speed! You have gained a sub today Sir.
LOVE this one James, Welcome to our PUBLIC/PRIVATE Office.. I think the employees are ALSO missing a few pieces ! The Lady-Splainer is going to have neck problems like 12lb of gold necklace?
You might ask if he wants a PRIVATE conversation you don't do that in public usually maybe he can come to an isolated place in the corridor where it is still public but you won't be overheard?
You might also ask about disability officers under the disabilities act just as you can ask who is the custodian of records for each department. Also you ,ight tell them while you don't intend to capture any personal records but you are in public and the protection of personal records is on them HiIPPA act applied to THEM not to you .
love all your videos bro, great auditor. cool emotions, and quite witty with when it comes to insubordinate state employees. keep up the great audits, my fav auditor on YT right now. stay blessed.
That nursing supervisor kept saying she understood what a FOIA request was but her actions kept proving otherwise. She seemed a bit confused, repeatedly.
Public officials love using a double negative like, "this is public, but not for the public." You'll get it all the time from public officials. They seem to be listening to Pink Floyd's song too many times, "we don't need no education, we don't need no thought control." It’s not your fault they're that stupid. Great audit giving them an education James.
Wow I love my TTA Family. Thank you Mr. America for doing this. That guy was so unprofessional and unhinged. We need a follow up on this clown for being so unprofessional.
Instead of fixing the problem and dealing with the disrespectful employee, they decide to run interference. And what amazes me is the fact that we pay for this 💩
Public health department..... Lot of office space.... Lot of cubicals. No workers. Working from home in 2024??? Lets get these people back in the office wirking with some supervision.
Again, the demeanor of this man is commendable. If more folks would interact like this gentleman, we would have a whole different country. Take that to the bank!
Man that superintendent is a class act! On another note: I got married to my ex-wife in that very building back in 2014. I hadn’t seen that place since then. Keep up the good work!
They are starting to look like animals in a zoo. It amazes me how they seem to 'enjoy' telling the public, "We don't do that here. You have to go..." They THINK they are serving the needs of the public by following the orders of government.
JAMES......I dare you to try and do a public records request from the Clerk's office in Dothan AL the way 'we' do it. For two years my requests have not been granted. Now, I'm being ignored, and they stopped responding. I DO NOT use their online portal, nor do I use their standard form. Nor do I give a hint as to my gender, identity or location. They reply back to me with, 'Your request cannot be processed because it is INCOMPLETE and failed to meet the requirements for processing". FOIA is important so that dude that criticized you for spending time on it just doesn't realize the bullshit there exist to getting the information we have a right to have. That dude needs to have the experience of it because he obviously does not have a CLUE.
The supervisor dealt with the issue very rude and unprofessional the first thing she should have done was address the rude employee and told him he is to not be rude to the public .
There can be "private" and or "restricted " areas in public offices BUT those spaces should be CLEARLY MARKED OR LOCKED. Also, I'd like to know what happens or what the process is when your F.O.I.A request isn't honored?
The superintendent was awesome ...its so nice to see someone with a badge be professional and fair. What a swell man. He has honest eyes. His patience was wonderful
