Watch the trailer after season 2, it is a fun campy vibe but I totally understand wanting the suspense! Also, yes Taliesin Jaffe has an amazing voice, I made a playlist of the Mame Drop epusodes and a couple other everything is content that he is in that I use as a sleep compilation 😅
You guys should watch one of the compilation videos of their reaction to the kickstarter taking off. That first livestream where they realize the community just blew their initial goals out of the water is so heartwarming. :D
Season 3 announced for the fall and production documents show seasons 4 and 5 are in production. W00t! Some story threads will need that time to play out
RU-vid HELPFULLY didn't show me this until today, even though I'm subscribed, and watched ALL of your other VM videos, because the algorithm is trash. But YAY glad you had fun with this! I remember how hyped it made everyone before the show dropped :D It seems like Matt has been all about collaboration, right from the early days, and tried to bring in other people when he could, and lift everyone around him up. I know that the internet is very good at putting people on a pedestal, (to their detriment, holding them to an impossible standard and then tearing them down when they can't meet it) but Matt seems, by all accounts, to be a genuinely decent human. It's nice to see good things happen for him, because he always tries to spread that good around. At this point I'm pretty sure I've watched most of the things the CR folk have been involved in (Special Interest gonna Special Interest, lol. CR moved into my brain in 2020 and accidentally became half of my personality overnight. Nothing I can do about it, brain just does that sometimes :p but honestly ,I'm a better person for learning from all of them, I found CR right when I REALLY needed it. [/overshare]) and even with all of the people he's worked with, and been interviewed by, and run games for, and played with, and who have talked about him and CR over the last 10 years, I've never watched a single soul (who has actually met him, sad internet clowns wailing about the Mercer Effect don't count) have anything but respect and affection for him. He's *always * described as "kind", which is about the most badass thing you can be in these times, imo. :) The amount of thought and love poured into the music is just so damned cool. I LOVE that the twins are a waltz :D Could go on about the music for AGES but this is already too long. Darrin De Paul playing such a loathsome character is always so funny, because he seems to be such a sweet person. He was at the table for a couple of one shots and it was a real joy to watch. And his roleplay bought everyone to tears as well, so hecking skilled. As a VA he has one of those rare chameleon voices that can change so much that it's difficult to recognise, very cool. Can't wait for season 2!

I never thought when watching Mr. Mom (with Michael Keaton) and laughing at the scene with the kid and the blanket that he would grow up to be such a huge part of my media consumption. Also, the trope namer for the Woobie! Darin did play D&D with Matt's mom at a Burt Reynolds acting seminar sort of thing. That Sam would later have Scanlan assume the name of Burt Reynolds Esquire in game just adds to the fun. Matt is one of those people who just should be protected at all costs. Fortunately he has Marisha.
Ashley was in Growing Pains, a very famous sitcom in its time. And in the Avengers scene, though most of her scenes were cut. Talisen was in the movie Explorers.
