・300g Bread flour

・50g Condensed milk
・2/3 tsp salt
・200-210ml Lukewarm Milk
・10g unsalted butter
・4g Matcha

・Chocolate chips 40g
・White chocolate chips 40g
● How to make memo
・Knead 4g of matcha into half of the kneaded dough.
・Primary fermentation until 2 to 2.5 times larger (approximately 1 hour at 30°C)
・Divide each portion into 8 equal parts, lightly roll into balls, and bench for about 15 minutes
・Wrap 5g of chocolate and arrange in a mold
・When it has doubled in size, dust it with flour and bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
