● Bread dough
200g Bread flour
1 teaspoon of dry yeast
10g of sugar
3g of salt
30g egg
115-125ml of lukewarm milk

200g ground beef

Primary fermentation: until doubled to 2.5 times (about 60 minutes at 30℃/86℉)
Bench time for about 15 minutes after 8 divisions
After molding, secondary fermentation (about 20 minutes at 35℃/95℉)
Fry at 160-170℃/320~338℉ for about 2 minutes on each side.
