I tried these warm ups sets, and to be honest it really helped me push my limits, i used to afraid doing heavy weight squats, but after trying this warm up sets, i did 12 reps on 90kgs without support with full range of motion, and now i am going to try on 95kg or 100kg next week

Spot on...I follow the same routine. The first warmup is important for ankle mobility, the very reason and the indicator of how well you will be able to squat .👍
