With how fast paced and focused on ‘instant’ gratification the internet/world feels, I really value your guidance and education. I’ve been loving my Sculpt sessions to get back into training after my injury and your Mindset Coaching has really stuck with me, especially when it comes to the patience part! Really needed this video today. I've gotten my healthy eating down to a tee EXCEPT for snacking before bed. It has become part of my bedtime routine, so I eat really well until the hour leading up to bed. And that is what I need to break.

I would be interested to hear why you eat so little carbs? My diet is predominantly whole foods plant based and in my case that means huge amounts of carbs. Have a nice day!

from her other videos: first would be the prioritization of protein to not loose too much muscle in the cut and second is she has PCOS and carbs can be a trigger for hormones imbalances and other symptoms. there might be more a specific reason as well but those things also play a factor, I am sure of that.

I definitely need to be more consistent I hate eating the same thing each day but I am working towards only eating the same meal every day so I can put myself in a consistent schedule instead of under eating than over indulging over and over again

open to tips to make overnight oats without yoghuat or milk... food. i love food, but im lazy to the point i'll eat some plain bread and that will be it.

I wondered if you could share what protein powder you use? I’m struggling to find one that doesn’t taste sickly sweet! I guess I’m a bit of an anti sweet tooth but I feel like it’s getting to be an expensive guessing game when buying blindly! Any suggestions or recommendations to try please 🙏🏼
