Hola! Me alegra mucho saber que estos ejercicios te han sido de ayuda. Para trabajar la barriga, te recomiendo hacer ejercicios como abdominales, planchas, crunches y ejercicios de torsión como el twist ruso. También es importante complementarlos con una dieta saludable y beber suficiente agua. ¡Espero que te sean útiles! ¡Ánimo y sigue trabajando duro!

Здравствуйте! Рады, что вам понравились наши упражнения. К сожалению, мы не можем предоставить комплекс упражнений на 30 минут, так как это может быть слишком интенсивной нагрузкой для организма. Мы рекомендуем делать упражнения в течение 20-25 минут и обязательно с учетом своих физических возможностей. Постепенно увеличивай
