That is a good roast. Normally I put a thin layer of water in the roasting tray. First it has a bit of moist in the over and when the juice drop from the meat its much easier to clean afterward.
Do you know how long the beef has been agreed? My previous experience with grass feed beef is the taste is gamey, similar to eating deer or moose. A taste is quite different from the corn feed beef.
Does anyone know how long is the delivery period after the beef packed and come to end consumer's consumptions? And freezed and defrosted how many times from first butchering to agents? and cook processing age it to 2 days , just sharing something of what I knew. But Arthur is a good chef.
@@CookKingRoom yeah..I don't mean you freezed it what I meant was the distributors might have freezed it. When you cut the packaging material and the colour of the meat I can roughly judge..lol
