This week I will introduce 8 easy to make reserve dishes using cotton (momen) tofu available at the supermarket. All of them are dishes we often make at home. Tofu, in particular, can be served as a main dish or as a rice substitute, depending on the seasoning. It is also low in carbohydrates and high in protein, yet it is filling and reasonably priced, so it is safe to eat on a diet. I have been feeling very well this year and have not caught a single cold, probably because of this self-cooking diet.
