You won’t understand the satisfaction of this focaccia filled with a million bubbles until you make this recipe yourself!

instant yeast 4g

您好,區別還是比較大的。中筋麵粉做出來更鬆軟一些,高筋麵粉Q彈更明顯。

Your Italian style bread is very tempting! My ciabatta dough (with basil and dry tomato) is under fermentation now, will refer to your recipe and make the focaccia with fresh picked rosemary next time.

Hi, I tried your focaccia recipe n it turned out really yummy n successful. The only problem I had was that it sticked to the pan even tho there’s much oil. Probably it’s my pan. Can I use baking paper for this? Thanks!

您好,第一次基礎發酵可以冰箱冷藏發酵,第二天早上取出來充分複溫,整形和第二次發酵,這樣是可行的。

阿栗老師您好,我連續兩天做了三個,第一次用牛奶,成功,家人都喜歡,自己第一次做就成功好開心🥳。隔天看了留言區後,換成用水,做了一鹹一甜口味,哈哈哈,阿栗老師教的方式簡單易懂,有種相見恨晚的感覺,怎麼沒有早一點發現老師追蹤🤣,期待老師更多作品,這幾天看了老師好多的影片教學,我都按讚儲存起來,要找時間一個個來試做看😊。看阿栗老師那麵糰都會覺得好好玩😆

我认真地做了一次,上面铺了芝士,蔓越梅,切小块的火腿片,我的体会是因为芝士是咸的,所以不用后面再加盐,蔓越梅吃的时候会往下掉,是不是铺料时在面团上喷点水可以沾住,另外加点芝麻会不会更香?总之按您的配方做出来很方便,满满的气孔好治愈,谢谢老师!

您好,谢谢您的喜爱! 我不太确定您制作的时候是什么情况,我就以下几种可能因素,希望为您提供一些有用的思路。 最后整形时手指压下去很轻柔,不要太用力。 我的室温大约30摄氏度,第一次发酵1小时,第二次发酵40~50分钟,您也可以参考发酵时间。 发酵不够或者发酵过度,都会导致气泡沉下去。并且我想如果气泡按出来,马上沉下去最大的可能是发酵过度导致的坍塌。
