Kakitama Harusame Soup ( Glass Noodles and Egg Soup )
Hello everyone.
This time, I’ll make delicious and healthy noodles soup.
I recommend “Ryokuto Harusame (Bean starch
glass noodles)”.

Ingredients
・600cc water
・2 shiitake mushrooms
・2 sticks Chinese chive
・30g glass noodles
・1 ess
・8g chicken soup stock powder( Ajinomoto Marudorigara soup)
・10cc soy sauce
・10cc sesame oil
Recipe
・Cut the shiitake mushroom stem,
then slice the shiitake mushroom into 2mm width.
・Cut the Chinese chive into 5mm width.
・Crack the egg , and mix well.
・Add chicken powder“Ajinomoto Marudori gara soup” into boiling water.
・Add the shiitake mushroom.
・Add the glass noodles.
・Boil them 1 minutes.
・Add the egg, mix lightly.
・Add soy sauce, sesame oil,and Chinese chive.
・Serve the glass noodles in a bowl, and pour the soup.
