Karaage
Hello everyone.
This time, I’ll make very popular Japanese food “Karaage”.
If you use an egg, it will make soft and juicy.
You can make it very well, let’s cook together
Ingredients
・500g chicken
・3 cloves garlic
・20g ginger
・25cc soy sauce
・5cc sesame oil
・A little pepper
・1 egg
・60g potato starch
・Appropriate oil
Recipe
・First, remove the excess chicken fat.
Cut the chicken into bite size.
The chicken put into the bowl.
・Grate the garlic , then add it to the chicken.
・Grate the ginger, then squeeze and add it to the chicken.
・Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper.
・Crack a egg, and mix well, add it to the chicken.
・Mix them.
Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit for 30 minutes.
・After 30 minutes, remove plastic wrap, then remove excess liquid.
・Add potato starch, and mix well.
・Deep fry at 356°F (180℃)about 4 minutes.
After 4 minutes, remove the chicken from oil, and let it rest for 3minutes.
・Next deep fry at 392°F (200°C) about 2 minutes.
・Serve on a plate.
