Korean seaweed soup
Beef 400g
Seaweed 40g
Sesame oil 3 tbsp
light soy sauce 5 tablespoons l
water 400 ml
chopped garlic 1 tbsp
sesame A little
① Put sesame oil in a pan and spoil beef
② Put seaweed (Return the seaweed with water
r )in ① and fry
③ Add water and simmer for 5 minutes
④ Add thin soy sauce and garlic and simmer for about 15 minutes
* It's made from thick soy sauce. Be sure to use light soy sauce.
⑤ Finally, serve on a bowl and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
