For both healthy individuals and those with metabolic disorders, eating less frequently is not the optimal eating pattern. Restricting eating to specific time windows is more beneficial for human health and metabolism.
Thankyou so much for your channel! I am doing interment fasting 19/5 everyday and feel great and more energy than before.., pulse plunk/ walking excises daily 👍😎! My main meal is my lunch at 2p. I prepare high protein and multy color veggies and at 5p only have apple/ kiwis and blueberry 🫐 as my last meal for the day !
