1)准备2颗咸蛋,把蛋黄&蛋白分开,其中一颗蛋黄切碎
2)250克肉末加入1茶勺盐、1勺白糖、1勺酱油、1勺绍兴酒、1勺玉米淀粉抓均匀,加少许清水搅拌,再倒入少量咸蛋白
3)铺均匀在盘,中间挖个洞放入另颗蛋黄,下锅蒸12分钟
4)再倒入剩下的蛋白,包上保鲜膜,中火蒸5分钟
5)出锅,再加1勺麻油&1勺酱油&青葱,完成✅
