For people doing this daily: 0:31 Day 1 ✅: Thigh burn was real in the lunges segment, kinda died a lil at the lunges and curtsy. Struggled a lil today with couple of pauses in between (esp so at the cores segment) 🥵 Hope to be able to make progress in the coming days 💪🏻 Day 2 ✅: Butt and thighs were aching from yesterday’s workout. I wanted to skip the workout today but I didn’t! Good job to me for persevering!! Discovered that the left side of my body is less stable and that there were less pauses in today’s session 🤩 Love how sweaty I am after the workout weee ❤️ Day 3 ❎: Ache is real and I didn't feel fit enough to complete the workout 😖 Did some foam rolling instead to ease those aches, will continue with the workout tmr 💪🏻 Day 4 ✅: Felt a lil more stable with the lunges today, still find the cores segment challenging. Day 4 done and dusted! Day 5 ✅: Completed! Day 6 ✅: Managed to complete the spider plank without any pauses today, good job to myself! Love the feeling of feeling stronger day by day ❤️ Day 7 ❎: Terrible headache today, giving the workout a miss 😖 Day 8 ✅: Completed! Thank you me for showing up today! ❤️ Day 9 ✅: Felt way stronger today compared to when I first did the workout. Less pauses, in fact the only pause was at the alternate seated crunch! Amazing job to myself! 💪🏻 Day 10 ✅: Completed! No pauses today oh yeah!! 🤩 Day 11 ✅: Completed! Day 12 ❎: Feeling a lil under weather today, skipping the workout 😞 Day 13 ✅: Completed! Day 14 ✅: Completed! Day 15 ✅: Completed! Day 16 ✅: Completed! Day 17 ❎: Took a break 🥵 Day 18 ✅: Completed! Day 19 ❎: Did yoga so I skipped the workout today 😅 Day 20 ✅: Completed! Feeling awesome today 🤩 Day 21 ✅: Completed! Don’t feel as challenged as before hence I’ll be swapping this workout with another one. Some progress over the past 21 days: 1. Lost 1.41kg (this is a result of constant workouts and controlled diet where I try to keep the amount of food I consume below 1.2 kcal) 2. Felt stronger as the days go, esp core strength.
