食材 :
鹰嘴豆 125克、燕麦片 50克、清水 1.5公升、迷迭香碎 ½茶匙、盐 ½茶匙、黑胡椒粉 随意
Ingredients :
Dried Chickpeas 125g, Oatflaked 50g, Water 1ltr, Rosemary ½tsp, Salt ½tsp, Black Pepper
鹰嘴豆的营养价值 :
"鹰嘴豆"属于高营养豆类植物,富含多种植物蛋白和多种胺基酸、维生素、粗纤维及钙、镁、铁等成份。此外籽粒中还含腺嘌呤、胆碱、肌醇、淀粉、蔗糖、葡萄糖等。其中纯蛋白质含量高达28%以上,脂肪5%,碳水化合物61%,纤维4-6%。
"鹰嘴豆"含有10多种胺基酸,其中人体必需的8种胺基酸全部具备,而且含量比燕麦还要高出2倍以上。每百克蛋白质含谷氨酸16.0g、亮氨酸4.6g、赖氨酸4.6g。
每100克"鹰嘴豆"所含的钙高达350毫克,磷320毫克,高于大部分豆类,铁的含量达47毫克,比其它豆类高出90%,维生素C、B1、B2含量高达12毫克,膳食纤维含量更高于其它。
The nutritional value of chickpeas :
"Chickpea" is a high-nutrition bean plant, rich in a variety of plant proteins and a variety of amino acids, vitamins, crude fiber and calcium, magnesium, iron and other ingredients. In addition, the grain also contains adenine, choline, inositol, starch, sucrose, glucose and the like. The pure protein content is as high as 28%, fat 5%, carbohydrate 61%, fiber 4-6%.
"Chickpea" contains more than 10 kinds of amino acids, of which 8 kinds of amino acids necessary for the human body are all available, and the content is more than 2 times higher than that of oats. Each hundred grams of protein contained 16.0 g of glutamic acid, 4.6 g of leucine, and 4.6 g of lysine.
Each 100 grams of "chickpea" contains up to 350 mg of calcium and 320 mg of phosphorus, which is higher than most beans. The iron content is 47 mg, which is 90% higher than other beans. Vitamin C, B1 and B2. Up to 12 mg, dietary fiber content is higher than others.

這個豆子快好的時候,可以加入麥片一起煮,煮好了在放在果汁機裏面攪打,這樣子就一起煮就可以了,還是感恩分享,謝謝妳

鷹嘴豆有那麼容易煮爛嗎?我用電鍋加外杯三杯水都無法煮成軟綿(泡整晚),之後転去做咖哩又煮了一段時間,吃起來還是無法爛,是什麼原因啊?難道有品種產別或要用壓力鍋煮?

用压力锅,煮30分钟或更短时间,无需预先浸泡。(压力烹饪可以在不浸泡的情况下处理豆类中的毒素。)
