脆皮餃子
材料:
煎餃10隻
烹調:
1.中火在平底鑊中加入油1茶匙,掃勻。
2.排好餃子在鑊中。
3.麪粉或生粉1茶匙,加入水200毫升,攪勻。
4.轉大火,加入麪粉芡,冚蓋,煎焗。
5.水滾起,轉慢火,煎焗8分鐘。
6.煎焗了8分鐘,打開蓋,餃子已煎脆。
7.完成,上碟。
Pan-fried crispy dumplings
Ingredients:
Pan-fried dumplings 10 pcs
Steps:
1. Heat up oil 1 tsp oil in pan at medium flame. Brush well.
2. Put dumplings in rows in pan.
3. Flour or tapioca starch 1 tsp, and water 200ml, mix well
4. Turn to high flame, add flour sauce, cover up the pan. Continue frying.
5. Water boils up, turn to low flame. Fry for 8 minutes.
6. Have already fried for 8 minutes, lift up the lid, dumplings have been cooked well.
7. Complete. Serve.
