千層酥皮 - Puff Pastry是西式甜品的基本，很多出名的甜品都是用千層變化而來。例如蝴蝶酥、杏仁千層酥、拿破崙蛋糕等等；它的材料簡單，只是做的步驟比較多，但是用它做的甜點卻非常美味。

1. 中筋粉 - 250g
2. 鹽 - 2g
3. 糖 - 20g
4. 冰水 - 145-150g
5. 牛油 - 40g
牛油層材料：
1. 牛油 - 140g
手粉材料：
1. 中筋麵粉 - 150g
Puff Pastry is the basic fundamental of western desserts, many famous desserts made from puff pastry, such as Mille Feuille , Napoleon cake, Palmiers, Almond Puff Pastry etc, it’s ingredient is simple and the desserts make with puff pastry is very delicious.
Water Dough Layer:
1. All Purpose Flour - 250g
2. Salt - 2g
3. Sugar - 20g
4. Cold Water - 145-150g
5. Butter - 40g
Butter Layer:
1. Butter - 140g
Hand Powder:
1. All purpose flour - 150g
