Here are the instructions in English😊 Flour 1 and 2/3 cups Yeast 2/3 teaspoon Sugar 3.5 teaspoons Milk 0.4 cup Warm water 1.3 tablespoons Oil 1 tablespoon 1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water 2. Dump everything to the flour 3. Mix until dough 4. Knead with you hands until smooth 5. Let sit for 5 minutes with a Saran wrap over it 6. Roll out the dough with a rolling stick to a rectangle shape 7. Use your finger to thin out one side of the rectangle 8. Roll the dough starting from the side with out the thinned out dough. 9. Cut into two finger length 10. Put in steam pot 11. Let it rise until 1.5 size
@@jojaejung4132 dependsnon temperature in your place. The warmer the fastest. Your dough should feel lighter and if u touch it will sprang slowly. But don't overproof it. Overproof means if you touch it won' t sprang back. Your finger mark stay at dough. Gud luck
謝謝分享!嘗試了好多饅頭食譜第一次做出光滑面,蒸好直接開蓋也沒有皺皮!我家喜歡甜口一些所以我把糖加到25-30g,換成高糖酵母。我在美國用的是KA all purpose flour 有稍微比一般的饅頭麵團更濕軟一些但不會不好整型。從發現這食譜一年以來,幾乎每個禮拜做1-2次每次小孩都吃光光。聖誕節也用了這個當基礎做了造型饅頭送朋友,據說他家挑嘴的小孩也是全部吃光,真是太感謝了

Love steamed buns, but there frozen ones in the stores are very expensive. So I'm motivated to make my own. Tried your recipe and mine are not as pretty, but taste great 👍💕
Just a blink It doesn’t need to be very smooth, because it’s not gonna happen. When you feel the dough has no more dry flour particles, and been completely mixed, it should be not sticky and your hands are clean, therefore it’s ready.
