I loved this one, some heavy some not so. I can’t get a heavy weight over my head and lunge without my lower back tweaking. I do what I can and focus on that and not worry how heavy-at least I’m doing it
Loved this workout but transition time was too quick between exercises for me..had to rewind to catch up. Still appreciate all your workouts and knowledge 💪

Awesome 30 minute workout, just wondering if sometimes you can ask the girls what lbs they are using, I am hoping to get to your numbers but still struggling with that, so just curious what they are using😃
