I do 3 days straight training in gym and 2 days running & cardio workouts, 1 day bodyweight strength training weekly and then 1 day or light cardio like walking

I think best workout is natural workout Like swimming,running, jumping, climbing ,Pullups Meditation... & squats Doing workout in gym is waste bcz , when u stop u r body will be loosen..
Sir ji I do jogging 30 minutes every day and then take rest of 40 minutes then go to Gym , spending time in the gym is 1 hour 30 Minutes proximate.... Is it good?? Please tell me, I m waiting for your reply
