@2lowkey100
@2lowkey100 Год назад
@@jaimeaortega5714 No it isn’t ‘mental’. Protein is the most satiating out of carbs, fats and protein, and we’ve known this for decades, so it makes perfect scientific and logical sense for the meal higher in protein to keep you fuller for longer. There’s no basis in reality for thinking that a meal much lower in protein, will be as satiating as a higher protein meal (within reason, obviously a liquid protein source loses out on mechanical satiety, and won’t be as satiating as 3 or 4 eggs or high volume meal) if you adjust your ‘mental’. Mental gymnastics can only interfere with biological processes so much.

They're great combined as a meal especially after a hard workout. We need fiber! Eggs alone = no 💩. Good luck with that!! I'm a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I worked with a dietician to get as lean as I am at 15% body fat, you can see every muscle in my arms and torso. Six pack and all. I eat a high protein and moderate carb diet. Starches and fruits around my workouts early in the day, with all the veggies I want with a 3oz to 4iz peice of meat for dinner. I'm a petite strong lady. It's been working for me for years! 💪

Fiber is toxic, and causes constipation.
@monicastraub3372
@monicastraub3372 Год назад
@@aliendroneservices6621 you need the vitamins and minerals that come from fruits and vegetables. To much of anything can be bad for you. You need a mix of soluble and insoluble fibers. 25 grams a day for women. You will not be constipated if we as a human race stop believing that more is always better. To much water can be toxic too. Eating to many meat and fats can cause high cholesterol high triglycerides in the blood. Weight gain because of over eating calories. To much fat mostly. A gram of fat has 9 calories per gram. A gram of both protein and carbs has 4 calories per gram. To much visual fat especially around the stomach can help you get to a heart attack faster. Just be careful and if you're afraid to eat grains which are perfectly healthy in moderation just like with anything else at the very least eat your veggies and fruits. The fiber actually helps to stabilize blood sugar. Adding protein to it helps to stabilize it more. If you do workout you need those sugars from carbs to replace glycogen in the liver and muscles. If all you do is eat protein you're body will use it to try and replace your glycogen stores and then what's left to repair the muscle you just worked so hard to break down! In order to get stronger muscles they need to repair properly. Good sleep hydration and proper nutrition. I got this info from a registered RD. Who was also a competitive bodybuilder and coaches bodybuilders for shows as well. I don't compete, but if I could post a picture of me on Here I would as proof. Very healthy lean fit 47 year old women with an hdl level twice the amount of ldl cholesterol. HDL is the good cholesterol. This is what's worked for me. If eating the way you eat makes you happy and your blood work is good than great for you. We can all agree to disagree. I just want people to live healthier lives. I will for myself much rather take advice about diet and nutrition from an RD than from some one on you tube.

Sorry to report that eggs are full of cholesterol (yolk only, 150mg per egg) a hormone which our body makes naturally and isn’t needed from our diet. Oats are one of the highest foods on the satiety index, full of complex carbohydrates and fibre to make you feel full. Don’t worry about your protein, look at the fibre content guys. Eggs have absolutely no fibre, as with all animal products. Just thought I’d give this comparison some extra substance.

The nutrients in oats are significant and eating them actually lowers blood glucose levels. It’s not a question of what’s better. You can eat both and you should, especially if you are training intensely. This is misinformation as far as I’m concerned. Why is substituting eggs for oatmeal a “smarter” food choice? Nonsense.

*for fat loss* What could I eat with the eggs? For example I can't imagine eating eggs without bread, I think I would throw up. Is there something you would recommend to eat with eggs like protein bread? Thank you ❤️

it is if you're not a typical obese American. You should not eat more than 1000 calories per day. I'm 6'1" and 230 lbs of muscle at only 10% body fat. I do extremely tough bodybuilding workouts five times a week. I can bench press 375 lbs and squat 550. I only eat 1000 calories per day on a pure raw vegan diet. I am as strong as a bull.

@@EinSofQuester "You should not eat more than 1000 calories per day" I'm not even going to go there with you lol.

@@toddglee1 And 1000 a day should be your upper limit. Why? What's wrong with that? That's a lot of broccoli.
