App shows charging point available but when you reach the point it broken. Even in Ather service centre charging point are not fixed more then 3 months. Example you go to Nungambakkam Showroom their always a charger not working more then a year. Also Guindy they not fix the charger even in their service centers. How they solve your problem. Nowadays Ather outsource their service because of that you have to fight for every warrenty spare replacements. And think about after warranty spare price. Initially they told battery price may come around 50k to 60k but now they said 92k. And my friend battery gone at 15k he fight and get warranty replacement for his battery and it take 1 month. In the whole month he live without the bike. If arunai sundar sir true why he not buy an Ather and complete its warranty km and post the after warrenty review. Please take survey sir before you post anything.

I have revolt bike and 2 months before I have issue with the bike socket and charger and they gave back today only. Service very worst in revolt bike. Bad experience even raised consumer complaints

Revolt provided Road Assistance for me when the remote didn't work and couldn't start the bike. They picked my bike from where it got stranded and delivered in the showroom. This must be followed by all EV companies with some extra charges when they sell the bike. Road Assistance is the best option and helped me a lot when i have no other option to turn on the bike.

Many disadvantages including drenching during rainy times, bldc can be placed higher with chain drive same as ICE vehicle so that it's easier to remove during puncture and also motors placed at higher heights saves from flood waters in rain, Also all tyres should be compulsory tubeless. Battery should also be placed in such a way having proper air circulation also safeguarding from rain waters in roads , just like C type charger in phone, all vehicles should be made. Should have common charger with dual points, one for normal, other for fast charging universal to all brand E vehicle. Many touch panels are having issues during rain times. We need LED display not error occurring touch panels.could have given buttons or operated through phone bluetooth. Feel of more plastic should be reduced in e vehicle. Should be rigid. Even now there is no proper affordable winner in bike segment of e vehicle. Either less mileage, bad service, more plastic feel, or not good design feels like assembled set, paid charging boxes should be placed on all houses/flats parking area so that its easier to charge non removable battery vehicle. I would say, vehicle brands can have tie up with good branded charging home station companies. Example like BoLT. and provide to customers at home for all vehicles purchased so that everyone is safe and makes things easier. Also can be used as money business. There were once phone booth where people pay and use. Those people can think of this business. Scan, pay, charge vehicle. Establishment cost is less. They can also benefitted by putting snacks shops/ juice shops nearby that which is also extra business.

Till now the fault not rectified. No proper response from the service center and company till now.
