I loved this video but by the 4th section I realized the intensity wasn't going to amp up enough. I love all of the moves though so I just jogged during all of the walking parts.

Its so effective..great n easy workout..but 20 sec walk is enough 30 sec is quite boring n i think u don't need to add extra 10 sec for( next )..coz its become 40 seconds..u r my favorite i always follow u n getting results 🙏
